Before contacting support

1. Confirm that the Mac uses Apple silicon and macOS 26 or later.
2. Quit BiBimba and reopen it from Applications.
3. For screenshot or OCR issues, allow BiBimba in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen & System Audio Recording, then quit and reopen it.
4. In Settings → Shortcuts, confirm that the shortcut is active.
5. Include the version and build number shown in Settings → About.

Local data

Open the data folder from Settings → About → Show Local Data. History can contain private material, so review files before attaching them to a support request.
